I had the amazing opportunity to illustrate a book published by the American School of Dubai celebrating 15 years of their sustainable garden. The project designer was Ariel Janzen. My illustrations included in the book are; four 2-page spreads indicating each season in the garden, PLANTING, GROWING, HARVESTING, and PRESERVING, cover, title page, endpapers, and 27 illustrated recipes.
